Ideal Transformer continues to develop its production and engineering capability at its Şanlıurfa facility in Türkiye. The site covers approximately 12,000 m², including around 3,000 m² of enclosed production area, and is organized for material preparation, winding, active-part assembly, tank work, drying, oil processing, final assembly, testing and shipment.
The company’s stated production capacity is approximately 500–750 transformers per month, depending on rating, design complexity and project mix. Its portfolio extends from 25 kVA distribution transformers to 50 MVA power transformers, with voltage classes up to 66 kV. Hermetically sealed and conservator-type distribution units, together with power transformers, are engineered for utility, industrial, infrastructure and renewable-energy applications.
Capacity is managed together with technical review and quality control rather than as a unit count alone. Project voltage, loss and impedance requirements, cooling, winding material, vector group, tapping method, accessories, testing and documentation are defined before production. Designs follow IEC 60076 and applicable contractual requirements, supported by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and EcoDesign-oriented product work.
