Power Transformers up to 50 MVA and 66 kV

Ideal Transformer engineers three-phase oil-immersed power transformers up to 50 MVA and 66 kV for substations, generation facilities, industrial plants, renewable-energy projects and transmission or distribution interconnections. Each unit is configured around the network voltage, continuous and cyclic load, fault level, environmental conditions, noise expectations, transport envelope and required service life.

Cooling alternatives include ONAN, ONAF, OFAF and ODAF according to rating and duty. Copper windings are standard while aluminum may be evaluated when specified; YNd, Dyn and Yy vector arrangements, off-circuit tapping or an on-load tap changer can be engineered for the system. Losses, impedance, insulation levels, temperature rise, protection devices, monitoring equipment and bushings are agreed in the technical schedule. Designs follow IEC 60076 and project requirements.

The project process covers design review, approved drawings, material planning, manufacturing, routine testing, documentation, packing and shipment. Installation, commissioning, field tests and maintenance support are available where required. Ideal Transformer’s production facility in Şanlıurfa and regional office in Dubai coordinate international deliveries and technical communication from inquiry through energization.
