Ideal Transformer has strengthened its regional customer and project support through its Dubai office. The location provides an accessible coordination point for inquiries from the Gulf, Middle East, Africa and other international markets while remaining closely connected with the company’s engineering and production teams in Şanlıurfa, Türkiye.

The office supports quotation follow-up, clarification of technical specifications, document exchange, project schedules and communication before and after delivery. Manufacturing and testing continue at the Şanlıurfa facility; Dubai helps customers and project partners maintain a faster, clearer communication channel across time zones. Product scope includes oil-immersed distribution and power transformers from 25 kVA to 50 MVA, with engineering up to 66 kV.

Customers can contact the regional team with a single-line diagram, required power and voltage ratio, standards, installation conditions and delivery destination.
