7 MVA 15/6 kV Three-Phase Power Transformer

7 MVA 15/6 kV Three-Phase Power Transformer is a three-phase oil-immersed power transformer engineered for dependable transfer between generation, transmission, distribution or industrial voltage levels. The project design considers the stated MVA and voltage ratio together with load profile, short-circuit level, insulation coordination, ambient temperature, altitude, noise limits, transport restrictions and the accessories required by the substation.

Ideal Transformer engineers power transformers up to 50 MVA and 66 kV. Depending on rating and duty, cooling can be configured as ONAN, ONAF, OFAF or ODAF. Copper windings are standard and aluminum can be evaluated when specified. YNd, Dyn or Yy vector arrangements, off-circuit tapping or an on-load tap changer, protection devices, temperature monitoring and project-specific bushings can be included in the approved technical schedule. Design and testing follow IEC 60076 and contractual requirements.

The manufacturing process covers design review, approved drawings, material control, assembly, drying and oil filling, routine testing, documentation, packing and shipment.
