Hermetically Sealed Oil-Immersed Distribution Transformer
Category: Hermetically Sealed TransformersTechnical Specifications
Product Description
Hermetically Sealed Oil-Immersed Distribution Transformer is a project-specific oil-immersed transformer configuration represented in Ideal Transformer’s international supply experience. Its 50–2500 kVA rating and stated voltage ratio are treated as the starting point of the design; the final losses, impedance, vector group, tapping range, insulation levels, temperature rise, terminal arrangement, dimensions and accessories are confirmed against the purchaser’s network data and technical schedule.
Ideal Transformer designs distribution transformers from 50 to 2,500 kVA for voltage classes up to 36 kV in accordance with IEC 60076. Available configurations include 50/60 Hz operation, ONAN cooling as standard, ONAF when required, copper or aluminum windings and vector groups such as Dyn11, Dyn5 or Yyn0, or another arrangement required by the system. Environmental conditions, load profile, harmonics, short-circuit level, installation altitude, noise limits and transport constraints are assessed before drawings are approved.
Manufacturing includes CRGO core cutting and stacking, precision LV and HV winding, active-part assembly, steel-tank fabrication and leak testing, vacuum drying, vacuum oil filling and final assembly. Factory routine tests measure winding resistance, transformation ratio, vector group, insulation resistance, applied and induced voltage, no-load and load losses, impedance and sealing integrity. Type or special tests can be agreed for the project. Contact the engineering team with the single-line diagram for a binding technical proposal.
