Transformer Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance and Repair Services
We provide on-site assembly and commissioning of standard, power, and special-type transformers at all voltage levels.
Services include transformer transportation, base anchoring, nitrogen gas pressurization, installation of components such as radiators and bushings, oil filtration and testing, vacuum creation, oil filling under vacuum, complete wiring, on-site testing, and commissioning.
We also perform disassembly and reassembly services in case of relocation, ensuring transformers are safely moved and recommissioned.
Annual periodic maintenance is carried out to detect and prevent faults caused by voltage fluctuations, oil leakage, and environmental conditions. Detailed reports are provided.

We provide oil replacement and filtration services for transformers regardless of power level. On-load tap changers are maintained with oil change and contact resistance measurement both on-site and in workshop conditions.
Fault detection and repair services are available 24/7.
Drying and oil filling are performed in vacuum conditions after heating the active part in ovens.
Transformers are painted in green or gray by default, or in other colors upon request, using a two-layer system.
